Every morning on the patio you can enjoy breakfast with an a la carte menu where you can order what you like and we will bring it safely to your table.
The selection of products respects seasonality: there are products from our garden and from local producers, precisely to support small businesses in the area.
You can choose from croissants, cappuccino, brioche, coffee, fruit juice, biscuits, the cake of the day, fresh fruit and even something savoury.
Gluten-free and vegan breakfast on request (please indicate your preference when you book).

The hammock among the olive trees at Casa Clementina is the picture of relaxation: silence, tranquillity and the opportunity to enjoy the silence of this place, which is tinged with spectacular colours at sunset.
OUR PASTIC FREE CHOICE
In our business, we have made a decisive choice toavoid the use of plastic, put the utmost emphasis on energy savingand find Green solutions for a better future for our planet.
These are the main interventions carried out:
Energy saving:
- Energy-saving door and window sensors for air conditioning use
- Energy-saving LED bulbs in every room, in the building and also outside
- During the day, if the room is not occupied, and depending on the season, there is a set temperature, again to optimise the use of the air conditioner.
- The facility has an intelligent centralised air conditioning system.
Glass:
- Minibars are stocked with glass bottles only.
- In the rooms and throughout the building there are only glass glasses
- Use of dispensers in showers and bathrooms to avoid waste and the use of the many mini plastic containers.
Water:
- Tap water softened to make it drinkable with pleasure.
- White water collection for lawn and vegetable garden irrigation.
In addition, our plans for the future include:
- A photovoltaic system that makes it possible to be self-sufficient for 50 per cent of the day, with the possibility of storing the energy surplus using special batteries.
- Electric car charging stations in some parking spaces.
